Subject: Commencement of Annual School Census 2023-24
- A statistical review of each school’s infrastructure, enrollment, funds, teaching and non-teaching staff etc. is essential to assess educational trends regularly. Therefore, for evidence based decision making, Annual School Census (ASC) is conducted every year.
- PMIU-PESRP ASC 2023-24 w.e.f. starting February 1, 2024. Due to changes in variables, the current census will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase, data of existing variables along with three (03) new variables related to students are being collected from 01-02-24 to 22-02-24. All CEOs are requested to complete the data updating process by 22 February 2024. Corrections in teacher information should also be completed within the given timelines. The second phase will begin after PITB adds the remaining 24 new variables, and PMIU will accordingly outline timelines for final submission of ASC 2023-24.

- ہر اسکول کے بنیادی ڈھانچے، اندراج، فنڈز، تدریسی اور غیر تدریسی عملے وغیرہ کا شماریاتی جائزہ باقاعدگی سے تعلیمی رجحانات کا اندازہ لگانے کے لیے ضروری ہے۔ لہٰذا، ثبوت پر مبنی فیصلہ سازی کرنے کے لیے، سالانہ اسکول مردم شماری (ASC) ہر سال کی جاتی ہے۔
- PMIU-PESRP ASC 2023-24 w.e.f. شروع کر رہا ہے۔ یکم فروری 2024۔ تغیرات میں تبدیلی کی وجہ سے موجودہ مردم شماری دو مرحلوں میں کرائی جائے گی۔ پہلے مرحلے میں، طلباء سے متعلق تین (03) نئے متغیرات کے ساتھ موجودہ متغیرات کا ڈیٹا 01-02-24 سے 22-02-24 تک لیا جا رہا ہے۔ تمام سی ای اوز سے درخواست ہے کہ وہ 22 فروری 2024 تک ڈیٹا اپ ڈیٹ کرنے کا عمل مکمل کریں۔ اساتذہ سے متعلق معلومات میں تصحیح بھی دی گئی ٹائم لائنز کے دوران مکمل کی جانی چاہیے۔ دوسرا مرحلہ PITB کی طرف سے بقیہ 24 نئے متغیرات کو شامل کرنے کے بعد شروع ہو گا، اور اس کے مطابق PMIU ASC 2023-24 کی حتمی جمع کرانے کے لیے ٹائم لائنز بتائے گا۔
